Description

SPS2600 type drilling rig is a rotary-table type drill rig. It is suitable for direct and reverse circulation drilling. This drill rig is mainly used in the exploitation of coal gas, shallow oil and under ground water. It can also be used in oil well workover, engineering rescue, and the construction of geothermal well, mine ventilation hole and drainage pipeline. The hole depth is above 500 m and the drilling diameter is from 200 m to 600 m.

Features

1. SPS2600 type drilling equipment is more environmentally friendly, more efficient and safer than conventional drilling rigs.
2. The whole drill rig is driven by hydraulic system and equipped with all kinds of safety guards.
3. Drilling pressure can be adjusted precisely according to different geological conditions.
4. The drilling capacity of this drilling equipment is large. Single wire pulling force is 105 KN. The drilling depth can reach 2600 m when Φ89 drill rod is used and 2200 m when Φ127 drill rod is used.
5. The application scope of this rig is wide. Due to its large normal drilling diameter (445 m), this drill rig can fulfill water well drilling. It can also fulfill geological drilling, for it has larger hoisting capacity.
6. This drilling rig can adapt to multiple drilling processes. The speed of the rotary table ranges from 43 rpm to 156 rpm.
7. Mechanical cathead and big tong can be used together to screw drill tools. Rotary table can also be used for this purpose.
8. This drilling rig has a rational overall arrangement.

Before Use

1. Check whether the drill rig is correctly installed and stable. Make sure all the connections are reliable.
2. Check the oil level of the gearbox and rotary table. Inject lubricant or grease to every lubrication point.
3. Check if the clutch of the drilling equipment is flexible and reliable.
4. Check if the quality of the steel wire and solid joint is good.
5. Check if there is slurry, greasy dirt or flaw which might influence the brake’s performance on the surface of the winch rim.
6. Check if the shield is fastened on the correct position.

Maintenance and Repair

1. After the water well drilling rig is stopped, client should do some maintenance works, such as tightening each connecting bolt, adding lubricant to every lubrication point, adjusting the space between friction pieces, handling oil leakage and check the belts.
2. Change the wearing parts regularly.
