It is suitable for deep hole geological core drilling with diamond bits or hard alloy bits. This hydraulic core drilling machine can be used to drill water wells, oil wells or natural gas extraction wells. It can be small enough be moved by one person. This product can be used to sample sub-surface mineral deposits, test rock, soil and groundwater. This core drilling rig can also be used in the installation of subsurface structures, such as underground pipelines, instruments, tunnels and wells.

Installation of Hydraulic Core Drilling Machine

1. The machine base should be fixed on wood base with foundation bolt. The wood base should be flat and the connection between each wood base should be firm and reliable.
2. All the parts disassembled from the core drilling rig in transportation should be put back to designated position and fixed.
3. Fag end of the steel wire should be clipped on the reel of the winch. The rope clip should be checked carefully.
4. Switch on the power supply and make sure parameters of power supply meet technical requirement of power machine. Make sure the power machine is rotating forwards.
5. When the power machine is diesel engine, operator should make relative preparation according to technical requirement of diesel engine.

Maintenance

1. In each shift, operators should check every fastening part of the core drilling machine and clean all mating faces. Oil leakage should 1. Please clean the surface of the core drilling rig and keep base slide, spindle and gage rod clean.
2. Operator should check all bolts, nuts and safe pins which can be seen from outside.
3. Please inject lubrication oil to the machine according to lubrication requirements.
4. Oil level in the hydraulic oil tank should be checked.
5. If oil leakage or gas leakage occurs, operator should eliminate it.
6. Each fault should be solved within the same shift of work.
